Insurance Services
Insurance and risk management products and services are offered through Guzhuna Insurance Agency LLC (“GIA”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Guzhuna Financial Group Ltd. GIA is licensed as an insurance agency in applicable jurisdictions and offers insurance products through appropriately licensed insurance professionals. Insurance products are not deposits, are not obligations of any bank, are not guaranteed by any bank or government agency, and may be subject to risk, including the possible loss of premium. Policy guarantees, if any, are based solely on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance carrier and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the applicable policy.
Investment Advisory Services
Investment advisory and asset management services are offered through Guzhuna Asset Management LLC (“GAM”), a registered investment adviser in the State of New York and a wholly owned subsidiary of Guzhuna Financial Group Ltd. Registration as an investment adviser does not imply a certain level of skill, training, or endorsement by any regulatory authority. GAM provides advisory services only in jurisdictions where it is properly registered, notice-filed, or otherwise exempt from registration requirements.

Debt Placement & Investment Banking Services

Such services may include, but are not limited to, private credit placement, loan structuring, capital advisory, mergers and acquisitions support, and other strategic financial transactions.
These services may not provided directly by Guzhuna Financial Group Ltd. unless explicitly stated and documented. Any investment banking, broker-dealer, lending, or placement activities are conducted solely through properly licensed and regulated third-party entities operating under their own regulatory authority and compliance frameworks.
Guzhuna Financial Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries do not act as a registered broker-dealer, placement agent, underwriter, or lender unless separately disclosed and properly licensed to do so. Accordingly, any securities transactions, capital raising activities, or lending arrangements are executed through third-party firms, and clients may be required to enter into separate agreements directly with such providers.
The Firm may receive referral fees, revenue sharing, or other economic benefits in connection with introductions to third-party providers, to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed as required. Such arrangements may present potential conflicts of interest. The Firm seeks to mitigate these conflicts through disclosure, due diligence, and adherence to applicable fiduciary and regulatory obligations, where applicable. Clients are under no obligation to engage any referred third-party provider and are encouraged to conduct their own independent evaluation and due diligence before entering into any transaction or engagement.

Guzhuna Insurance Agency LLC and Guzhuna Asset Management LLC are separate and distinct legal entities, each operating under its own regulatory framework. Insurance services and investment advisory services are offered independently, and clients are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product through GIA or investment advisory services through GAM. The availability of services through one entity does not imply availability through the other.
